Jurisdiction

The Supreme Court is competent in the following matters :
a) constitutionallity
of statutes ;
b) control
of public finances ;
c) action
of ultra vires and action in review in all administrative matters.
Organization
of the courts system :
The Supreme Court contains three chambers : the constitutional and
administrative chamber ; civil, penal, commercial and social chamber
; financial chamber.
Powers of
the judge :
The action of ultra vires is one of the prerogatives of the administrative
judge in Guinea.
