Miscellaneous remarks

The Constitution of Japan states that the whole judicial power is vested in a Supreme Court and in such inferior courts as those established by the law (Paragraph 1 of Article 76). It also states that : "No extraordinary tribunal shall be established, nor shall any organ or agency of the Executive be given final judicial power". (Paragraph 2 of Article 76). So, in Japanese court system, no administrative court as an extraordinary court which sets apart from the judicial courts can be established and administrative cases are handled by the judicial courts.
