Under Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedom, every user has rights of opposition, access or rectification of data relating to himself (Section 38 to Section 40 of the Act). Thus it may be necessary to rectify, complete, clarify, update or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or whose collection, use, disclosure or storage is prohibited.
