Only supreme administrative courts are entitled to be members of the IASAJ.
The application should be addressed to one of the members of the Association or to the Secretary general’s office of the IASAJ :

The application is submitted to the Board of the Association.
If the Board gives its assent, the jurisdiction is admitted as observer member for one year, after which the final decision concerning the membership of the country will be reached.
